The Royal Spa offers the very best in personal training!  Our RESULTS personal training staff is required to hold current national personal training and CPR certifications.  In addition to their qualifications, they are experienced in working with a variety of fitness levels, nutritional counseling, cardiovascular and strength training.

Individual Training

 $25 One hour session            
 $99 Three one hour sessions   
 $185 2x a week for four weeks
   $250 3x a week for four weeks  
   $320 4x a week for four weeks  


Couple Training
$35 per person for one hour session
         $75 per person for three one hour sessions
       $150 per person 2x a week for four weeks
       $205 per person 3x a week for four weeks
       $250 per person 4x a week for four weeks

12 Sessions of Group Training
  $100 per person for 4 on 1 training
$75 per person for 6 on 1 training
$60 per person for 8 on 1 training
